Ministry Support
Department of Church and Ministry
The department meets 10 times a year and, guided by the Manual on Ministry, is concerned with authorizing and maintaining ordained, commissioned and licensed ministers in the Association.
Those serving on the department, lay and clergy, are elected by the Association.
Tasks include:
Boundary training
Periodic support consultations
New clergy welcomers
Interviews for licensure
Interviews for members in discernment
Working Groups
